Chair Yoga is an excellent way for older adults to loosen and stretch painful muscles, reduce stress, and improve circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
Zumba Gold Class with Miriam Mondays 11AM - Noon
YMCA Flatbush Silver Sneakers Fitness Class w/ Johnny. Wednesdays 2pm to 3pm
Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class be modified depending on fitness levels.
