Archery

Millennium Development is proud to offer the only middle school competitive archery opportunity in NYC. Currently, 6 our of our 8 SONYC programs offers archery, which involves an inter-organizational competitive league. From January through March, these teams each have 10 matches and have the opportunity to verse all other teams two times. We will have a culminating championship on Saturday, April 13th at America's School of Heroes (M.S. 137). Click here to see the current archery standings: CURRENT STANDINGS

2018 DYCD STEP IT UP Finalists

In September 2018, over 1,200 teams in NYC tried out for the DYCD Step It Up Competition. The Scholars' team has secured a spot as one of the top 8 finalists and was able to compete at the finals located at Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM) in June 2018. Not only was this competition about the art of stepping, but it also required a social campaign component- our team chose bullying, specifically suicide awareness. We can not be more happy with the work of these young people!
